Teodora Jovanović is a student of Social Work and Social Policy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš. Her main areas of interest include social justice, child and youth protection policies, and the development of children and young people as constructive members of society through various educational, youth-focused programs. Teodora has also served as a member of the Youth Council of the Republic of Serbia and participated in the U-Report program, advocating for amplifying the voices of young people. She has been a member of the Scout organization for over fifteen years, working directly with children and youth through a comprehensive program that includes outdoor survival skills, environmental awareness, leadership, teamwork, as well as topics in art, science, and more. She has been involved in graphic design and marketing for several years. She is fluent in English and is continuously working on improving her spoken German.
